I’ve managed and conducted numerous aspects of M&A deals, including due diligence, transaction document drafting and negotiations, pre-closing integration planning, and post-closure integration. I’ve also designed programs to incentivize generating, identifying, capturing, and protecting intellectual property. Further, I’ve managed the daily compliance activities of organizations as well as designed programs for legal compliance in multiple areas (FCPA, conflicts minerals reporting, and privacy law).My work hinges on finding practical solutions to a variety of business and legal challenges, presenting those solutions clearly and concisely to key decision-makers, and then implementing them.
