As a trusted partner to leadership, I advise on high-level matters related to the evolving regulatory landscape and align organizational risk, compliance, and governance efforts.Offering expertise in global financial services, I have been a part of the industry’s transformation. I began my career working on a trading desk and subsequently realized increasing levels of accountability and authority over time. I currently oversee all business operational risk management for Macquarie Capital in the Americas and EMEA. In this critical role, I create a bank-wide risk management framework and ensure adherence across the organization. Serving as a partner to senior leadership, I identify operational risks, evaluate risk control protocols, and make recommendations for improvements.
