Scott Marlow is a Structural Engineer with significant experience in structural engineering, primarily in mining, materials handling and heavy industrial structures, including both fixed plant and mobile bulk handling machinery.Scott has undertaken a wide range of structural engineering works ranging from structural inspection of existing structures and bulk handling machinery, through to detail structural analysis, design and involvement in third party design audits associated with numerous greenfields and brownfields projects. He has also developed the ability to provide engineered solutions to assist with the safe and efficient completion of complex maintenance, remedial and crisis recovery tasks, plus communicate these designs to all levels of the project team. His key skills lie in the proficient analysis, design and inspection of mining, materials handling and heavy industrial structures.Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Construction Engineering), with honours, from Curtin University of Technology and is the second Australian awarded an International Institute of Welding (IIW) International Welded Structures Designer Diploma.
