Provide technical assistance to both students and faculty within the Computer Science Department at William & Mary. Maintain and create new accounts for students and faculty within the department. Manage and maintain the department machines and servers. Work with puppet to help manage the systems within the department. Develop scripts for automation and new projects to improve the department. Assists the public with questions about the campus, library, and checking out books. Provide research assistance and maintains the chat service at the library to assist patrons. Additional responsibilities include closing the library and leading other staff members

● As a full time intern, produced catalog items and workflow for the ServiceNow HR project, created a search widget for users in a database, and researched new uses for ServiceNow. ● Researched, produced, and presented in the MetLife Technical University (MTU) Innovation Challenge with the goal to improve MetLife’s sustainability goals. Proposal focused on encouraging dental sustainably and development of a rewards program to direct customers to sustainably certified dentists. Awarded first place out of all company-wide intern innovation proposals

● Learned Revit to design parking structures, successfully assisted in the design of a parking lot to be installed in North Carolina. Completed various organizational tasks throughout the office.

● Engaged in a high paced retail environment with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Primary responsibilities included assisting guests in various capacities, recovered the store, and worked cash register.

● Over three summers, 30 hours per week for 12 weeks. Supervised children and their activities and sanitary maintenance.
