My role is to provide consultancy services for clients in best practice Portfolio, Project Management (PPM) including assisting in their application of project management methodology as well as offer Health checks of organisations PMO maturity through P3M3 maturity assessments and assist with helping them reach their desired level.

Reporting to the PMO manager, my role was to manage the initiation and execution on a range of government projects predominately for emergency services, including business improvement and construction projects.Key Achievements:• Champion turnkey delivery model for telecommunications construction services into PMO and develop subsequent procurement model including rate card for services.• Management of implementation of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) across all areas of the agency• Management of the development and implementation of a standard suite of technical standards documents which can be referenced by all government agencies for deployment of radio networks.• Initiation of pilot construction project for telecommunications infrastructure

Reporting to the General Manager, my role was to manage a range of construction and communications projects to varying customer expectations from the design phase through to integration and acceptance.Key Achievements:• Successful management of rollout of radio access network for OEH which was full turnkey project for NSW Public works through from design through to activation on both Greenfield and existing sites.• Management of civil construction of multiple Greenfield sites for Telstra & NBNco including installation of shelters, monopoles and lattice towers.• Successful implementation management of Vodafone, Optus & Telstra internal and external works including eJV & LTE• Worked direct with major construction companies to prepare new developments for telecommunications infrastructure.• Lead teams to achieve repeat business and new customer enquiries through sound work practices and high work quality.

Reporting to the National Program Manager, my role primarily was to lead a team of project managers, engineers, project staff and third party contractors to deliver all projects providing services into Vodafone Australia within my region.Key Roles:• Successfully delivered program of works to rationalise Vodafone and Optus assets as part of their joint venture program• Successful delivery of new radio sites within in my region• Successful delivery of program of works to separate Vodafone assets from Telstra Infrastructure at end of joint venture contract

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, my role was to lead a team of project managers, project staff and third party contractors in delivery of all transmission projects for Vodafone Australia.Key Achievements:• Successfully lead team to complete three major transmission projects consisting of 1000+ sites each for Vodafone.• Successfully lead team to provide backhaul transmission solutions for Vodafone RAN deployment projects.

Reporting to the National Program Director, my role primarily was to lead a team of project managers, site controllers and third party contractors in delivery of a portfolio of projects to expand and maintain the existing Vodafone cellular phone network as well as providing tailored in-building solutions for their corporate clients.Key Achievements:• Implemented systems and procedures to streamline and achieve increased GM across all projects I was responsible for.• Played a key role in building customer price book and process to simplify external quoting and billing.• Initiated forum to improve and standardise network technologies.
