Purchased and manufactured Scoop's Delight Salad Dressing that originated in 1948. Launched products in Midwest marketplace canvassing 8 states, 100's of stores and 8 food distributors. Developed and maintained sales route within a 90 mile radius of headquarters. Responsible for negotiating pricing and purchasing raw ingredients, glass & labels for sauces.
