I am a seasoned supply chain and operations leader with over 10 years of experience in various industries, including electrical generation and oil and gas. I have a proven track record of delivering excellence and value to Dril-Quip and its customers, by aligning the subsea wellheads operations with the company's vision and mission. As the Integrated Supply Chain Director for Subsea Wellheads, I have full P&L responsibility for our Houston based operations, overseeing all aspects of QHSE, inventory, logistics, SIOP, master scheduling, planning, procurement, and manufacturing. I also champion our lean program and all the various tools such as lean daily management, strategy deployment and continuous improvement. My passion is to drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while reducing waste and variation. I have successfully implemented lean and CI programs across multiple functions and regions, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, reduced lead times, and increased savings. I have also leveraged data analytics and business decision making tools to support strategic planning and execution. I foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among my team of over 300 employees.
