I have had a diverse sales and sales leadership career. Staring out in telecommunications/data networking for most of the '90's right after earning multiple degrees from Portland State University. I transitioned into the finance world and have successfully launched retail branches for 3 top 20 national mortgage companies. Each of these companies did not have a presence in the marketplace. I was successful in attracting top talent in both sales and operations with the emphasis always being on world class customer service by all employees. Taking companies that were virtual unknowns to top positions in market share illustrates my ability to attract, develop, cultivate and retain talent. Because these companies were all unknown, I had to learn quickly how to create brand awareness through multiple avenues. I learned to market extremely well and create brand identity in the local marketplace. This is no easy feat to go from unknown to top of mind to not only consumers but to the entire real estate industry. I have worn many hats and held various positions throughout my career. All of them have either been leading sales teams, creating sales teams or being a salesperson myself.
