• Program Management• Overseeing the firm's entire investor relations program. This includes developing an annual department budget, creating presentation materials and managing investor relations staff members.• Creating Reports• On a consistent basis, drafting and presenting reports regarding the financial health of the firm. These reports are for the benefit of both shareholders and the board of directors.• Point of Contact• As the primary point of contact for people outside the company, I field calls and answers questions from both investors and the media on an individual basis.• Managing the Sales staff and Account managers.• Hiring staff for Sales and Account management Teams, which ultimately fall under my responsibility.• Initiating and responsible for any trade shows, seminars and global travel with MD for viewing of potential new developments
