Using my knowledge of wealth management and private banking services, I promote satisfaction and cross selling of products and services. Facilitate the company’s credit decision process by obtaining and ensuring accurate valuation of the company’s real estate collateral in a timely manner consistent with the needs of our service partners. Special attention is given to complying with federal banking regulations and PNC policies that separate loan production from real estate valuation.

Identify the financial needs of customers and recommend products and services to meet those needs. Using my sales experience, product and procedural knowledge, and willingness to consultatively guide customer issues towards quick resolution.
