The Boeing Co., 2005 WL 729685 (M.D. Fla. 2005).Termination and Claims Litigation: Represented clients successfully in connection with numerous contract termination (default and convenience) claims and litigation involving billions of dollars and classified programs (e.g., the A-12 termination), with many resolved through negotiation while others required litigation.Mergers and Acquisitions: Represented clients in mergers and acquisitions involving billions of dollars, including the divestiture by a Fortune 500 company of its government contracts business and the recent acquisitions by one of the government's largest contractors of business units from another of its largest contractors.
