As the Vice President, Head of Dubbing for DreamWorks Animation, I lead our International Localization team — overseeing DWA dubbing for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Peacock; as well as projects for parent company Comcast and NBCUniversal - across more than 30 languages worldwide. With more than 18 yrs. with the organization, I’ve gained invaluable industry expertise and strategic partnerships that propel the success of my work every day. Bringing a deep background in the entertainment industry, from Fox Searchlight and Paramount to DreamWorks Animation, I understand what it takes to build and empower diverse teams — and create productions that inspire and delight broad audiences. In 2014, I co-founded the DreamWorks dub team — rapidly growing our capabilities in the global marketplace. I enjoy traveling to countries around the world to develop and establish partnerships and look forward to continuing to expand our reach across channels and beyond borders.As the Vice President of the Entertainment Globalization Association, I am an advocate for the localization industry, bringing a brand forward approach and placing a focus on inclusion in our work in retelling stories across languages and cultures. I enjoy representing EGA in various forums and industry events and lead as the Chair of the Awards Committee.A collaborative leader, I work closely with my teams and am invested in every stage of our productions. I seek out various ways to motivate people to get results — listening, learning, and adapting strategies when necessary to achieve our goals. My passion for film began when my high school created one of the state’s first film programs. Since then, I’ve worked and studied in myriad aspects of the industry and have expertise across Promotions, Marketing, Advertising, & Branding. Fun highlights of my career include working red carpets, managing McDonald’s Happy Meal toy designs for DreamWorks, and participating in The White House Easter Egg Rolls with Shrek.I’m dedicated to quality dubbing with a focus on protecting the brand and intellectual property, and always strive to make audiences feel like the show they’re watching was created just for them in their language.
