In 2014, I co-founded the DreamWorks dub team — rapidly growing our capabilities in the global marketplace. I enjoy traveling to countries around the world to develop and establish partnerships and look forward to continuing to expand our reach across channels and beyond borders.As the Vice President of the Entertainment Globalization Association, I am an advocate for the localization industry, bringing a brand forward approach and placing a focus on inclusion in our work in retelling stories across languages and cultures. My passion for film began when my high school created one of the state’s first film programs. Prior to my role as VP, I led as Senior Director managing and directing our dubbing team for localization of Netflix, Peacock, and Hulu content -- as well as localization projects across the Parent Company (Parks, Gaming, CP, etc.). I held similar responsibility for global scheduling, budgeting, and deal negotiations in 30+ dubbing languages.Among the multiple projects we completed between 2021 and 2022, I am particularly proud of our work we did with the United Nations. In partnership with the United Nations (UN), the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the UN Foundation (UNF), DreamWorks created a digital campaign to mobilize action for a healthy diet and sustainable living. I led the localizing efforts into 10 languages. The PSA was distributed through their Act Now campaign. It was a huge honor.
