As the Vice President, Head of Dubbing for DreamWorks Animation, I manage and direct our entire dubbing team for localization of Netflix, Peacock, and Hulu content -- as well as localization projects across the Parent Company (Parks, Gaming, CP, etc.). Delivering executive leadership across diverse and dynamic productions, I have oversight of global schedules and multi-million-dollar budgets — negotiating deals in over 30 dubbing languages. I enjoy every stage of production — working directly with entertainment professionals around the world to create quality content for our audiences. Prior to my role as VP, I led as Senior Director managing and directing our dubbing team for localization of Netflix, Peacock, and Hulu content -- as well as localization projects across the Parent Company (Parks, Gaming, CP, etc.). I held similar responsibility for global scheduling, budgeting, and deal negotiations in 30+ dubbing languages.Among the multiple projects we completed between 2021 and 2022, I am particularly proud of our work we did with the United Nations. In partnership with the United Nations (UN), the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the UN Foundation (UNF), DreamWorks created a digital campaign to mobilize action for a healthy diet and sustainable living. I led the localizing efforts into 10 languages. The PSA was distributed through their Act Now campaign. It was a huge honor.

In 2018, I was promoted to Director, Head of Dubbing. Took the reins overseeing our full international dubbing team for localization of Netflix, Peacock, and Hulu content -- as well as localization projects across Parent Company (Parks, Gaming, CP, etc.). Responsibilities included oversight of multi-million-dollar budgets, global scheduling, and deal negotiations. I worked diligently to expand international dubbing for DreamWorks. During my leadership, we grew from 2 people, 1 series, and 8 languages to 13 people, over 30 series, and 30+ languages globally.

In 2014, I joined the Post Production team as Operations Manager for International Dubbing —launching our in-house dub team. My primary focus was overseeing the operations workflow for dubbing of our Netflix and Amazon series.Film contributions: Provided assistance with DreamWorks Theatrical releases with our distribution partner 20th Century Fox.Television contributions: Global Delivery Management, Dubbing Studio Negotiations, and Scheduling Management. Comprehensive areas of responsibility include International Casting, Strategic Partner Development, Translation Team Management, Quality Control, International Business Relations, Project Management, Timelines/Delivery Management, and Operations Streamlining. In alignment with our mission in creating high-quality entertainment for audiences around the globe, I partnered directly with studios in each country — collaborating closely to support timelines and brand authenticity — ensuring global teams had the resources to achieve production goals. In 2017, I was promoted to Director of International Dubbing.

EGA was created to provide a forum where all professionals involved in globalization of entertainment can work together on shared opportunities to improve and refine the art and science of retelling stories across languages and cultures.As Awards Committee Chair, I am leading the development of EGA’s first dubbing awards, the first in the industry to be hosted in the United States. _____The EGA is elevating the art and science of global storytelling.

At Paramount, I was the Executive Assistant for Mike Vollman, the film production company’s Executive Vice President of Integrated marketing and National Publicity. I performed various administrative duties for Mr. Vollman, as well as other needs as directed for the studio. In addition, I oversaw the Group Sales program for all DreamWorks and Paramount Animated Films. During this year, DreamWorks Studios Library was purchased by Paramount and the two companies were integrating.
