Liaison Engineering customer representative for three airlines. Maintained status updates, provided Engineering responses to questions/concerns, and followed the aircraft through production. Perform composite and metallic stress analysis, systems/electrical analysis, root-cause corrective action investigation, and drawing error correction. Extensive work with repair of aircraft composites including carbon, aramid, and fiberglass laminates. Process Improvement Project for Boeing Commercial Airplanes:Designed and implemented a Quality process change impacting all programs within Boeing Commercial Airplanes to reduce cost and improve schedule. New process reduced flow time from identification of discrepant condition to Mechanic return-to-work.
