Served as an embedded contractor for Centurylink, a telephone communications provider, by formulating sales and service plans for assigned territories and managing the physical security department with responsibilities in managing over 12,000 CCTV cameras and 13,000 card readers accounts around the world. • Represented the company as a Certified Lenel Master of Card Access products and managed over 10 different card access and video management systems within an assigned demographic area. • Created the physical security department guidelines and procedures as it related to the sales approach, operations, tactics, processes, general service, installation and all customer support levels. • Managed the operational budget for all service and installation projects, including equipment/material costs, labor and vendor relations.• Oversaw and developed the procedures to transition 56 data centers from one card access and visitor management system to another.• Developed an “In House” procedure to build and maintain CCTV systems, from hardware and software to deployment and management.• Directly managed relations with over 200 software vendors.• Oversaw a 10 million yearly capital budget as well as a 3 million yearly expense budget.• Managed Channel partners with business planning to sell new technologies.• Managed ground up construction projects with a total cost of over 43 million per year.• Managed complex software and services for large capital projects.•
