• Lead by example in the provision of outstanding customer service in a high repeat clientele environment – remembering names and preferences to build long term relationships and foster customer loyalty• Manage competing priorities during busy periods to ensure the efficient production of the store without compromising on service• Demonstrate high levels of initiative to ensure customers needs are met and new needs are interpreted• Close and open the store to comply with management systems and protocol• Implement visual merchandising standards and stock positioning to capture sales• Fast paced cash register and EFTPOS transactions• Cash management control from cash revenue collection and balancing of cash register at end of shift• Coordinate new employee on the job induction and provide mentoring support services in systems and service• Value add to drive sales and deliver a positive experience for customers in maximising sale opportunities and developing successful, loyal relationships in an environment where there is lots of consumer choice• process stock movement and storage• Problem solve and offer solutions to a diverse customer group to instill a sense of belonging to ensure re-peat business• Work effectively in a team of 10, showing loyalty to an employer with 5 year service in one company• Manage stock through rotation, inspections for quality and stock take
