Spearheaded design of an application to support our new ‘Secure Uptime’ product offering. Built using AWS Serverless services on the backend with an Angular 13 frontend, it integrates data from our Network and Security Operations Centers, customer CRM feeds, and our internal help desk to provide insight into the health of our customers’ networks.Architected and developed a MEAN stack application to track the delivery and installation of new internet circuits and networking equipment at 1,200+ franchise locations for a large retail client. Integrations with various vendor portals, our field services provider portal, our help desk ticketing platform, and UPS for hardware delivery tracking, give a 360 degree view the project for both the customer and internal staff; a reporting layer provides a summary view on the day’s activities, highlighting key performance metrics.

Co-author of a Radiology Information Systems (RIS) application for a Tele-Radiology firm, written using the .NET stack. This application consolidates and manages the Radiologist worklist for 1,700+ daily studies that originate from multiple facilities and sources, and allows delivery of the Radiologist’s report back to the Requesting Physician via an integrated fax server and/or HL7 electronic delivery.This application has helped the firm grow from reading an average of 14,900 cases per month in 2009 to 41,200 cases per month in 2016, a 176% increase.

Responsible for the deployment, implementation and customization of Visual Crossing Mapping services for Visual Crossing clients, including Nielsen, Dominos, and Interstate Battery. In addition to technical proficiency, this role included requirements gathering, project planning, and stakeholder updates. Designed and developed Visual Crossing Architect, a Java-based metadata authoring tool with an Adobe AIR User Interface. The tool integrated with both Business Intelligence and Geographic Information Systems APIs, allowing customers to geo-code their Business Intelligence data in preparation for mapping.
