As a business and finance leader, my leadership philosophy is anchored in three core beliefs:• The key to exceptional performance is inspired, engaged, and motivated people who believe that what they do matters.• The highest value of Finance lies in our ability to leverage broad-based business acumen to articulate insights and recommendations that will drive superior financial performance.• Succeeding in an increasingly connected world requires an ability to influence and collaborate with people very different from ourselves.In my various roles, I have managed teams as large as ~575 across 42 countries, and served on executive leadership teams responsible for various business units as well as the Finance function. People count on me for the stewardship of company assets; delivery of effective and efficient finance operations; definition and execution of strategy; and catalyzing change. While most of my experience has been in business unit CFO and global leadership roles in FP&A, controllership, and internal audit, I have also had the chance to execute capital markets transactions and a comprehensive refinancing. My personal and professional point of view has been profoundly shaped by my liberal arts education and more than a decade living and working abroad in Europe and Asia. Professionally, these experiences have broadened my vision as a leader, deepened my empathy as a manager, and expanded the base of skills and experience I draw from as an employee.
