I lead the overall management of the Division's business and financial affairs as well as the Department of Financial Services, Facilities Services, and Transportation Services. I maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and service partners to ensure the delivery of high quality and integrated business and financial services. I also serve as the Division's Chief Financial Officer, providing leadership in the areas of finance, strategic planning, contract management and treasury management. I also further the development of our financial risk and compliance activities related to reporting, investments, FOIP and procurement.

I lead the delivery of a comprehensive suite of financial programs and services across two ministries, including the consolidation of financial information for ten entities and nine regulated pension funds, budget and forecasting, financial compliance and other consultative functions. I maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and service partners to ensure the delivery of high quality and integrated financial services. I play a key role in the planning and delivering financial policy, planning and development. I also further the development of our financial risk and compliance activities related to investments, debt and pension accounting and reporting.

* Provide strategic direction and overall management of the business and corporate affairs of the College by providing leadership in the areas of financial services and budget planning, facilities and campus operations, procurement, legal affairs and contract management, risk management, information technology and technical services.* Provide advice to the Board of Governors, Finance and Audit Committee, and senior management.

*Provide professional advice to the CFO, leadership team, the Audit Committee and City Council.*Review and finalize the financial statements for Pension Funds, Benefit Plans and Investment Funds.*Oversee the preparation and publication of the City of Edmonton's Annual Report and consolidated financial statements.*Manage and maintain the contractual relationship with external auditors.*Lead the corporate accounting and reporting functions for the City.*Provide leadership, direction and guidance to a diverse team of over 30 professional.
