Our deep public and private sector knowledge and experience means we are a unique provider in the field.* Receiving and taking ownership of interface reports from up to 250 employers across the UK managing new data interface files and incidents on existing interface files.* Analysing data provided from employers for existing and new employees for the pension scheme using excel and SQL tools and responding with in-depth trend analysis* Provide support to interfaces and system users across all MyCSP sites (Newcastle & Cheadle)* Ensure that incidents and requests are managed and work items do not breach their SLA’s building a trusted relationship with myself and the employer * Maintain the integrity of the interface knowledge base ensuring that information is up to date and accurate * Working together as a business across all aspects including payroll, system and compliance to ensure we provide a full and accurate level of service* Delivering against interface improvement plans to ensure all employers have workable interfaces

With offices in London, Manchester, New York, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and Sydney.Duties & accountabilities* Documenting functional and requirement specifications to define detail input and output, file content, systems functions, system controls and performance criteria.* Help establish cost and time estimates for implementation.* Configuring Markit EDM application to meet the client specifications.* Testing the project deliverables ensuring they are in line with documented requirements.* Interacting with clients and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely information flows. * Making recommendations for implementation of new systems and technologies where appropriate. * Providing consultancy to clients for business improvements. Investigates and documents existing procedures.
