Royal Canadian Electrical Mechanical Engineering (RCEME) officer with over 30 years experience in field, static, and deployed operational environments performing equipment maintenance and engineering functions at all levels from tactical to strategic, and with considerable general logistics support operations and planning experience both in Canada and deployed operationally.

Led a formation comprised of 950 military members, 850 public servants, and 400 non-public support employees responsible for the provision of institutional support to all Canadian Army units, other dependencies, and their families across the four western provinces and the northern territories. Filled the role of Base Commander in Edmonton and Wainwright, Alberta, and provided oversight to the Base Commanders of Suffield, Alberta and Shilo, Manitoba.
