I have a 20-year proven track record of building and managing Equity Businesses.In my 20 years in the investment banking industry, I have had the responsibility of setting the direction of research product, directing sales teams, setting sales plans, targets, and performance reviews, P&L responsibility, interfacing with regulators, managing risk, negotiating vendor contracts and overall management of personnel-related decisions within sales, trading, and research. I have also been responsible for lead left execution on over $4 billion in capital raises.Prior to investment banking, I was in Software sales and Consulting where I was ranked as the #1 sales representative nationally in the healthcare and education verticals.I have been involved primarily in highly competitive businesses where all disciplines need to work together to win. The key to a successful business goes beyond hiring the best talent, which is obviously a key to success. Success is very dependent on understanding what services your client values, developing a plan to provide those services, and, most importantly monitoring and executing that plan.
