I have operational accountability for some 125 people at various levels across 14 locations. I am accountable for the day-to-day operation and performance of the Region. Key achievements whilst in Edinburgh(previous region)1. Increased the Regions performance from bottom ten percent across an average of key measures to top ten percent2. Led several underperforming teams and developed them to ensure that Sales, service and Control targets met through Performance management, identifying problems and solving them, reviewing branch operations and business planning to ensure an efficient operation increased performance to over 100% in all branches managed3. I am currently Regional Manager Edinburgh with responsibility for 15 branches across the Edinburgh Region. My role is to successfully and effectively deliver the performance targets, measures and wider objectives from my team. I have operational accountability for some 100 people at various levels across 15 locations. I am accountable for the day-to-day operation and performance of the Region. Key achievements in the period: 1. Increased the Regions performance from bottom ten percent across an average of key measures to top fifteen percent consistently2. Led an underperforming team and developed them to ensure that Sales, Service and Control targets met through Performance management, identifying problems and solving them, reviewing branch operations and business planning to ensure an efficient operation 3. Ended the operating years 2009 and 2010 in top ten percent across a Performance Scorecard. Currently sit 13th out of 74 Ytd 20114. Selected to undertake Regional Manager Development Programme 2011.

Worked for North Divisional Director David Mackay - responsible for helping to ensure that Division met all key objectives and that all change initiatives were implemented swiftly.Key achievements in the period: 1. Helped transition to Mortgage Divisonal Stucture by formalising 1 to 1 process with Mortgage Advice Managers . Involved in recruitment of RMMs in North Division.2. Worked alongside Bancassurance teams to understand importance of Savings and Investment Liability measure.

Responsible for managing a High Street Branch in Edinburgh Region.Key achievements in the period: 1. Consistently finished in top 10% of company in what had previously been an underperforming branch.2. Achieved promotion to Divisional Commercial Manager

Responsible for implementation of a Review Strategy for regulated advisers in NAB UK

Also deputising for Divisional Manager.Latterly asked to manage a team in Belfast for a short period to overcome previous management issues and build credibility at Branch and Regional level. Previously undertook all branch roles and was the youngest Regional Sales Manager in Clydesdale - managing branches in the North of Scotland to achieve all targets - leading to move to Edinburgh.Training and qualificationsFpc and Cemap QualifiedCurrently studying towards Chartered Banker Qualification to complete within next 18 months.Higher German language qualification held.
