While working on the ninian central, I successfully achieved a 3 week shutdown completing every task i was giving

In my employment with Reel Group, I was working on the rowan Viking which was docked in Holland. The job entailed going up 500ft in a pal finger system to extend the Legs. This Was all Carbon steel which was done in MMA process. We successfully completed welding heavy wall branches, as well as heavy wall windows to complete the job. All welds where ultrasonic tested which I achieved 100% pass rate.

Whilst being employed by Rotech, I have been working on a Tallisman platform (Clayomore). Most of the work has been Pipe welding, which involed using GTAW and SMAW processes. While welding on Duplex, Super Duplex, Carbon Steel also Stainless Steel ranging for 2" all the way to 24". I achieved 100% pass rate on visual and X-ray graphs.

During my employment at PDMS I was based in Invergordon working on a dry rig (SEDCO 711 & GALAXY2). All of the work was carbon steel butts which was completed with SMAW process, this also involved a stick root aswell as the fill and cap. The butts ranged from 8" to 16" and I achieved 100% pass rate on inspection

While working for Petrofac. I was working in the FORTYS feild building an expansion, this came from FORTYS ALPHA to the FORTYS FASP. This included passsng a 100% radiography test, which i succesfully achieved. I also ganined experience in... Super duplex, Duplex, Inconel, Stainless steel, Carbon Steel

Working on the buzzard platform, building a extension for the accommodation block using the MMA process. Completing different size and positon welds. I achieved a 100% pass rate.

Working on several platforms in the northern and southern sectors of the sea. This included using MMA and TIG welding process.

Cordell Group (October2012-present)Working on Conoco Phillips Undertaking various size's of carbon and stainsless steel pipeline. I succesfully achived a 100% pass rate.

Redhall Engineering (July2012-October2012)Working in Jexengineering in Grimsby. Iam undertaking alot of carbon steel and stainless steel pipework. this involves a 100% pass rate which iam currently acheiving.Redhall Engineering (March 2012- july2012)Working on Fellside powerstation west Cumbria, undertaking various sizes of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes, involving the TIG/MMA process.Redhall Engineering (January 2012-March 2012)Working on Corus SSI, undertaking various sizes pipes in the MMA process.Redhall Engineering (October 2011-December 2011)Working on a 8 week shut down, undertaking various tasks of pipe welding in the TIG process. This also included slip on flanges which where welded in TIG/MMA. These where all carried out in carbon steel and stainless steel. The shut down was 100% pass rate which i successfully achieved.

Fabricom Apprentice (November 2010 – October 2011)Placements on SITA and Wilton International undertaking various tasks in welding, including various sizes of pipework and working to fine tolerances.
