About Scott Mcmillen

With 26 years in the industry, I began my career in DI water and Wastewater treatment systems for the semi conductor industry. This was during the Dot Com boom of 1998. I would spend the next 10 years building, designing, and installing these systems for clients and as my knowledge base about these systems grew, I realized there was so much more to learn.After 10 years, I went to work as a facility tech for another company where I was able to become a seasoned vet with chilled cooling loops, CDA systems, a/c package units, air handlers, cooling towers, make up air systems, boilers, clean rooms, wafer tools, lab equipment and so much more. Over the next 16 years I was able to gain the experience necessary to successfully manage a semi conductor, plating manufacturing, lab/clean room sites and other manufacturing facilities. During the time spent in these facilities, gained the experience and knowledge in all aspects of environmental health and safety. Facilities and EH&S work closely together to achieve many goals related to the compliance and safety requirements for the company.
