Primary POC for all operations at deployed field site to include: mission execution, flight operations, deployed end user interface, maintenance operations, and personnel scheduling in support of operations. Reports directly to the Customer (operationally) and to the CONUS MAG PM (administratively).• Responsible for the oversight of company and subcontractor personnel and for the successful performance and detailed technical management of the Contractor team, directly supervising all members of the team.• Serves as the PM’s right hand and the senior MAG representative on site.• Attends daily end-user operations sync meetings/allocation meetings• Supports FOM, Lead pilot, and MSO Lead with personnel actions• Daily update of personnel trackers and scheduling• Ensures close coordination between all site leads and supervisors to minimize impacts on flight operations to include: scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, RTS/MTF operations, pilot training, ground mishaps, currencies, AWR, etc.• Maintains and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly aircraft utilization hours for reporting to Site Manager.• Supervises MSO Lead, Lead Pilot, Maintenance Lead, FOM, and MET Lead for personnel reporting and actions• Approves OCONUS timecards and expense reports for direct reporting personnel

MISSION SYSTEMS OPERATOR / ASO LEAD MAG Aero Aug 2017 – Mar 2018 • Experienced Aerial Sensor Operator and Airborne Mission Commander for STAMP missions • Experience providing real-time, layered analysis of data received from a variety of collection assets, delivering intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations, sensor control, video/image/audio file creation and manipulation. • Tactical Communications Expert, extensive knowledge in PRC-117G radio operations to include SATCOM, UHF, VHF-AM, VHF-FM, and HF communications • Subject Matter Expert on SOCOM ground maneuver unit tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) • Experienced payload operator, to include MX-15 DID and Star SAFIRE 380 HD • Primary supervisor for all OCONUS MSO’s at field site. • Subject Matter Expert on air to ground integration to include Close Air Support, Joint Terminal Attack Controller TTPs, Weaponeering and Targeting, Airspace De-confliction.
