I am currently the Lead Security Consultant at Capital Connect a leading security dealer for Monitronics. I started with the company as a door to door salesman, gaining tremendous experience with communicating with customers and marketing the company. I then moved directly into a management position as the Customer Service Manager. I oversaw a team of 10-20 customer service reps. I was then promoted to Director of Sales Support, a position where I supported the sales team of 50-80 sales reps that Capital has employed. I am now one of Capital's lead Security Consultants looking to grow our residential and commercial division. I have grown my job skills while on the job and have been able to take on all tasks asked of me. I have taught myself graphic design and marketing skills to help expand the reach of my job. I love helping our sales reps succeed and being the one to provide them with the materials and info they need to make that happen. The success of the company is also a personal success to me. Before this I worked with American Valet at the Ritz Carlton location in Tucson, AZ. I started as a valet and quickly moved up to doorman then to Assistant Manager. I have an Associate of Science (A.S.) with focus in Engineering from Pima Community College.
