Currently leveraging that experience in my position as Director of Marketing at Southern Capital Mortgage Group by assisting Realtors with their Short Sales, and with their marketing strategies to attract qualified Buyer and Seller leads. My goals for 2011 are: Attract at least 200 Buyers that close in 2011 for referral to our partnering Realtors.Attract at least 100 Sellers who will list with our partnering Realtors in 2011. Partner with at least 10 new partnering Realtors in 2011 to provide Real Estate marketing and Short Sale consultation services.Specialties: Short Sale representation and consultation for Realtors, Buyers and Sellers, and converting those opportunities into closings for partnering Realtors and their clients.
