Scott Michael works closely with NYTC customers to realize the full benefits of NYTC's service offering. In additional to being an integral part of NYTCs technology leadership team, Scott plays a key role in ensuring NYTC continues to adhere to the industries hightes IT standards and processes.

Scott was responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of technology products and solutions. Additional responsibilities include:Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations. Implement strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contribute to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices. Assist sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline and deliverables.
