Operational Risk support to Back/Middle Office Operations, Outsourcing/Third Party Oversight and Operational Resilience business areas. o Co-ordination of the RCSA process including review and challenge on residual risk scores.o Support the business with incident management, and the documentation of key controls and process weaknesses.o Ongoing development of risk framework elements to incorporate new standards.o Delivery of framework training to the business to raise risk awareness and improve overall risk culture.o Contribution to both Enterprise Risk Management and ICARA submissions.o Development and use of insightful risk MI to deliver targeted trend analysis.o Group Internal Audit and Compliance liaison. o Challenge and oversight of business BAU related activity and change delivery (including regulatory change)o Oversight of Third-Party/Outsourcing and Operational Resilience risk.o Thematic and incident specific ‘spotlight’ reviews.o Presentation of risk observations to senior management at Boards and Committees.o Main point of contact for first-line incident and attestation tool (GRC) queries.

Provide support and advice to all Investment Management business areas and responsible for the analysis and reporting of all divisional risk related activity.o Main point of contact for first-line incident and attestation tool (GRC) queries.o Maintenance of content within attestation tool (GRC), to ensure database is up-to-date and reflects the key controls.o Preparation of second-line Risk Committee papers.o Preparation of loss/event data as part of the annual ICAAP submission.o Reconciliation of fund and client compensation.o Liaison with Group Internal Audit in respect of all open audit actions.o. Approval of front office order raising/trading system access requests.

Provide support to the Finance Director, ensuring that board reporting was delivered in a timely manner for both Protection and Investment divisions.o Preparation of both divisional and Group committee/board papers, including meeting with senior divisional management ahead of compiling executive commentaries. o Cost centre management, including forecasting and budgeting.o Maintenance and distribution of relevant MI, providing stakeholders with new business APE, existing policy termination and lapse level trends.

Relationship management to a network of Employee Benefits brokers to both secure new and retain existing business. Products included:- Group Life Assurance- Group Income Protection- Group Critical Illness- Flexible Benefits- Dependant's Pension

Provide both sales and administrative support to field Broker Sales Consultants. Strengthen relationships with a network of brokers through visits and workshops. Products included:- Individual Life Insurance- Individual Critical Illness Cover

Face to face review and documentation of customer profiles in order to deliver investment, mortgage and protection advice.
