Highly experienced 3D CAD designer in the electrical manufacturing industry, with 16 years experience in design, and 23 years in the industry. Beginning in fabrication, through CNC press brake / press punch / laser and CAD/CAM sectors, into the design role in 2006. Skilled in Autodesk Inventor, Vault, AutoCAD and Excel. Also have experience in mechanical and electrical fitting, including complete wiring of control, BMS and PLC.I am an extremely highly-driven family man who spends his spare time fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy UK through sporting challenges, who have supported his son and family after a diagnosis of Becker MD in 2015. So far I have raised around £20,000 and taken part in other challenges which have helped raise over £250,000, and aim to raise much much more in the future. I am attempting a World Record charity cycle ride in 2023 which I have organised myself.I have a rich and varied skill base, ranging from event organisation and co-ordination, published photographer, automotive upholsterer, home mechanic, with a willingness to learn and adapt as necessary.
