With over twenty years of experience in supply chain management, supplier performance development and operations (global, final assembly and sub-assembly), I am a senior-level leader with a strong strategic problem-solving mindset, supply chain process development, quality, and operations skills. I currently work as a Supplier Performance Sr Manager at Winnebago Industries, where I am responsible for the development and implementation of a supplier performance framework, organization, processes, systems, tools, principles, and best practices across the enterprise.Previously, I was the Director of Supplier Performance Engineering at Emerson Automation Solutions, where I successfully managed the team responsible for material quality entering all Emerson Measurement & Analytical global manufacturing sites, leading all supplier/part qualifications through the rigorous use of APQP principles and leading supplier performance improvements across the global supply chain. I have an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. I am also a certified Lean Champion and have completed courses on change leadership.
