Leading a Maintenance Team of 15 employees, providing feedback as needed and managing their day to day assignments in order to produce safe, quality and environmentally safe products for our customers and consumers.Work closely with all departments in the plant by providing assistance, whether planned or unplanned, in order to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plan goals. This is accomplished through direct communication via group meetings, one on one meetings and email in order to collaborate in finding agreeable solutions in order to be successful.I was tasked with serving as the Plant's TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing) Pillar Champion representing the Professional Maintenance portion of TPM. Through a lot of training, collaboration with the Production Department, we were successful in passing the Phase 1 sustainability along with passing Phase 2 portion which centered around Autonomous Maintenance and Achieving Zero Breakdowns. My responsibility portion this the TPM Phase 2 was to educate and develop my Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting, repairing and documenting breakdown analysis procedures. This included developing their skills to provide countermeasures as part of their analysis along with replicating these countermeasures in other areas of the plant in order to reduce or eliminate breakdowns.Provide employee training on Lock-Out/Tag-Out and Electrical Safety Training plant-wide.Developed a GMP process for the Maintenance Department in order to comply with regulations whether Federal, Local or Company generated. By assigning tasks to each member of the Maintenance Department, this created accountability and inspired all the Technicians to take part if complying with these regualtions.Worked closely with outside contractors in order to coordinate projects throughout the plant, scheduling and providing assistance in order to complete projects.

Participated in the Start-up of the Lehigh Valley Syrup Plant in Allentown, PA in 1997. Worked with vendors and contractors in troubleshooting the Plant Systems when it was built by assisting in setting up controls, testing equipment and attended immense training on all aspects of the opening of the Plant.Coordinate Maintenance repairs with other departments in order to schedule downtime in a timely manner so as to not interrupt production for a time period longer than needed.Monitored and then modified production equipment in order to achieve increased efficiency during operation.Record production, repair and machine operating procedures through documentation.Enter equipment repair into the Plant's CMMS (Maximo) in order to track repairs, track inventory and also to create additional work orders.Collaborate with other Production and Maintenance Technicians in order to give them additional knowledge for them to be successful.Worked extensively with Allen-Bradely PLC-5, SLC-500, Contrologix 5000 programs and hardware. As the Electrical Foreman, I ran a crew of 6 Electricians, 4 which were full-time and 2 which were seasonal part-time. My responsibility was maintaining the power distribution and lighting throughout the amusement park. I reported to the Electrical Supervisor. As part of my responsibilities, I was tasked in analyzing, repairing and installation of power distribution and lighting to the amusement attractions. I then was given additional responsibilities which included attraction maintenance and control. Some projects I took on were upgrading attraction controls, attraction root cause analysis and diagnosis of breakdowns. This allowed for modifications to be put into the following years budget as upgrades.On several occasions, I was given the responsibility to handle park operations for the day. This allowed me to act as the park coordinator for my shift, dealing with the park's patrons, park safety and park running operations. I credit Dorney Park in setting my path to where I am today. The multiple job assignments allowed me to experience tasks from maintenance to operations to customer service.

Barebo-Otterbine manufactured pond aerators for residential, commercial and other properties such as golf courses. My initial responsibility was to build the electrical control cabinets for controlling the fountain aerators. I then moved into the repair/ customer service department. My function here was to troubleshoot, analyze, repair and recommend corrective actions for the customer in order to provide support to our national customer base. I worked in the manufacturing facility and also traveled to customer locations in order to supply onsite service as needed. I then was promoted into the R&D Department where I was training to develop new aerator fountain spray patterns and control methods.
