I am a Conveyancing Solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. I have a reputation for being commercially minded and pragmatic, even in the most complex of cases. In my capacity as Senior Responsible Officer under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme I have demonstrated an ability to create and implement conveyancing practice policies, as well as show an ability to adapt to the ever-changing and high risk demands in the conveyancing profession. I am also an experienced COLP. My client base consists of clients of varying economic and cultural backgrounds. My client base includes first time buyers, home movers, investors, corporate clients and new build developers. I pride myself on having a reputation of excellent technical knowledge. I am often contacted by introducers for advice on complex transactions, particularly in respect of Stamp Duty Land Tax. I was the first member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (“CILEx”) to be granted Conveyancing Practice Rights (Reserved Instrument Activities) by CILEx in February 2015.
