Seeking actionable intelligence from large data sets and presenting in a clear and practical manner.• Analysis of downstream customer performance data• Communication and interaction with cross-functional groups in Springtown,Asia and America including regular interaction with key customers• Support departmental advanced analysis and data mining developmentstrategy using new and emerging technologies• Provide analysis support for new product / process qualifications• Analysis support for six sigma / business excellence activities relating toproduct performance• Lead and participate in teams to resolve process / yield issues / excursions,managing projects when required• Definition of material usage strategies as required• Extracting, Manipulating, cleansing & processing data using SQL, R, JMP, SAS.• Analysing raw data, drawing conclusions & developing recommendations to improve the end product• Daily monitoring of factory product yields and explanation of variability within• Automating analysis tasks with JMP, SAS and R programming languages• Presenting detailed weekly product reports to senior management and worldwide stakeholders• Develop statistical models to forecast yield KPIV’s• Improvement of critical factory transfer functions• Integrating new analysis techniques and methodologies to the group• Analyse large datasets to provide strategic direction to the company• Leading throughout key stages of the Agile development methodology

• Respond to individual employees queries and IT issues ensuring all new users are set up• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues, and fix all technical issues• Manage Company software and troubleshoot to resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software.• Update network applications as required• Carry out required maintenance work and upgrades on company systems, and maintain daily backups• Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.• Monitor all company internet and email use• Investigate and diagnosing network problems• Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking• Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software• Complete special projects as requested
