Chaired board of directors and executive management team of U.S. company that provided improved access to affordable and sustainable housing in Sub-Saharan Africa for low- and middle-income families. Led UK subsidiary, ASC (Auto Store Company), of former corporate law client in the automated retail space. Responsibilities included: raising capital; creating business plan and “go-to-market” strategy; developing country markets; identifying potential revenue steams; and overseeing launch budget.

Implemented and managed launch of first Israeli branch office for a foreign global law firm. Developed new revenue streams and oversaw internal and external stakeholder relationships. Successfully defended Bechtel Corporation through all phases of pleadings, discovery, judgment and appeal in $250m CERCLA lawsuit brought by U.S. EPA and State of Colorado. Represented medical devices client Orthofix Ltd. through trial in $150m jury award in breach of contract/tortious interference lawsuit.
