As Senior Director was assigned to the home office in Fort Worth, TX applying experience to four program Task Orders inn 3 countries in which DynCorp provided life support and logistics services at more than 40 geographically separated sites. Managed assigned program/project managers and assisted them in fulfilling contractual obligations to cost, quality and schedule standards as well as other assigned duties. Monitored Task Order operations to ensure the company's performance meets contractual requirement and company policies, procedure and guidelines. In the Headquarters role developed, reviewed and approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports required to meet Task Order deliverables, developed concepts of operations and technical execution plans, as well as visited the field, abroad, periodically to assist in resolving issues and to conduct management reviews.

Logcap Iv Kandahar, Afghanistgan

As DPM Operations for DynCorp International on LOCAP IV Afghanistan provided leadership and direction for the following operations supporting 42 remote sites throughout South Afghanistan: Operations Cell, Construction, Facilities Maintenance, Power Generation, Fleet Maintenance, Food Service, Fire Department, MHE Support, Site Management, Transportation, Logistics Management, Fuel Services, Security, MWR, IT and Property. Supported the Project Manager, represented the PM in US Government meetings, reviewed subcontracts related to operations and facilities. Also reviewed project planning estimates prior to submittal and managed site managers in their daily management duties.

Kandahar, Afghanistan

As Transition Manager of Task Order IV Afghanistan managed an oversaw the completion of all transition tasks for the 100 day transition. Developed the transition protocol, managed personnel and set up all PWS services on all South Afghanistan Forward Operating Bases (FOBs).

Kuwait

As Transition Manager of Task Order III/LOGCAP IV Kuwait, managed the requirements and milestones accomplished by transition staff, as well as managing all transition staff during the 60 day transition. Developed transition protocol, met with the incumbent managers and Government counterparts to coordinate the Transition Plan.

As Director of Operations, Iraq was responsible for the management of services provided to over 200,000 US Military and Civilian personnel at more than 100 geographically separated sites. Delegated responsibility to subordinate project and site managers who provided food service, operations, fuel service, utilities and facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M), recreation and MWR, fire protection, airfield services, postal services, waste management, transportation, warehousing, staff augmentation and equipment maintenance. Duties included but were not limited to: operations, budgeting, requisitioning approval authority $10M, and inventory control of parts and equipment. Managed task orders and interacted with contract management.

Baghdad, Iraq

As Project Manager, Iraq constructed and managed life support and logistics services at 52 geographically separated sites in support of 57,000 US Military and Government Civilians. Directed the actions of 2,583 American expats and over 4,000 foreign nationals through 2 Deputy Project Managers and 15 functional area managers supporting the US in the Baghdad, Iraq area of operation.Provided the following services: Construction of all life support facilities (housing and infrastructure, MWR, dinning, water production, fuel storage, power generation, offices, shops, fire departments, etc), operations and maintenance of life support facilities, MHE support, etc.

As Site Manager/Camp Manager in Bosnia and Herzegovina planned, budgeted, constructed and managed life support and logistics services at multiple bases and camps throughout the Bosnia and Croatia area. Managed day to day operations at five life support areas (LSAs) that provide food service, fuel services, utilities and facilities O&M, recreation and MWR, fire protection, airfield services, postal services, waste management, recreation, transportation and warehousing. Managed vehicle maintenance (US and Military), MWR, billeting, offices, sports fields, food service, helicopter blade shops and guard towers. Provided campgrounds and runway maintenance and building O&M. Additionally, oversaw budgets, requisitioning, inventory control of parts/equipment, managed TOs and provided weekly reports to the Program Manager.

Sarajevo, Bosnia Camp Butmir

As Project Manager, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, managed the construction of and O&M of the United States National Intelligence Center. In this capacity also managed the day to day operations of the American Sector of a multi-national camp and military safe houses covertly located in areas along the Balkans Coast to include the operations of life support that provided food service operations, fuel services, utilities and facilities O&M, recreation, transportation and warehousing.
