This entails coordinating the design of the parts in NX5, structural analysis, all engineering changes, following tooling, pilot builds, DFMEA, molding feasibility, Cost/Weight/Investment, performance validation, and supporting design calculations.

Responsible for the design, development, and release of Body In White parts for the CUSW, DS, DU, Dodge Ram Hybrid Truck vehicle. This entails the design of the parts in Catia V5, Coordinating NX Design, managing Teamcenter structure, structural analysis, all engineering changes, following tooling, pilot builds, DFMEA, stamping feasibility, Cost/Weight/Investment, and performance validation. ’07 – ‘09, Lead Eng on the DS Hybrid Underbody redesign to accommodate the Hybrid Battery & High Voltage Wiring.

Began work on the RT Hybrid Minivan (3 months).
