Project Superintendent, Nineteen Thousand Square Foot Office Renovation, USACE Suite 15, Building 4197, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX, $3.5 Million (7/2019- 9/2019). Mr. Muse was the fourth superintendent hired for this troubled project.Result: Mr. Muse supervised up to 16 skilled craftsmen. Project was completed on schedule and on budget with zero OSHA reportable incidents.Office area had been mold contaminated and required demolition and removal of all ceilings, flooring and office furnishings. Once mold abatement was completed renovation began. Work consisted of upgrades to HVAC systems for humidity control, T-bar ceiling placement, concrete floor sealed and leveled before new VCT is placed. Mr. Muse worked with customer to address all concerns- i.e. Paint color, cubicle placement and new office furniture in accordance with the plans and specifications of the project.

Mr. Muse was originally hired as the quality control superintendent. Upon the departure of the project superintendent Mr. Muse was then promoted to the project superintendent position. While leading the project to completion Mr. Muse obtained certificates in the following: LEED Green Associate and Procore Certified-Superintendent. Superintendent/Quality Control Coordinator/Site Safety & Health Officer, Chavez West Housing Renovation Project, Cannon AFB, NM , $10.7 Million, (06/2015- 07/2018). The projects property consists of 369 units in duplexes and 11 single family homes. All buildings were renovated with the installation of new vinyl windows, exterior siding and selected interior finishes. Rehabilitation work performed included, but was not limited to: replacement of exterior windows with Low-E vinyl windows; Installation of Hardy plank siding, trim and flashing at exterior walls; Installation of new vent hood/microwave over stove, Installation of new vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, dining, laundry rooms, bath rooms, hallways and carpet in the bedrooms. Installation of energy efficient lighting and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Installation of new electric and gas meters. Mr. Muse supervised up to 22 skilled craftsmen. Project was completed on schedule and on budget with zero OSHA reportable incidents.
