(Engineering, Go-to-Market, Data, Content) • Program Lead (CMDB) – oversaw all aspects of configuration item discovery across multiple data centers leveraging Service Now’s DISCOVERY software and building the foundation for a fully functional ITOM environment. • Program Lead for all aspects of data center consolidations and migrations across 4 business units • Led a team of 30 plus client, consultant, and software vendor staff delivering a Deal and Contract Management solution to over 300 users including National and Local sales leadership and operational staff. • Launched a test market Certified Pre-Owned program in the automotive industry overseeing all efforts integrating multiple software vendors, collaborating with legal, finance, information technology, marketing and operational business units. • Program management and advisory role with a wholesale automotive digital marketplace start-up significantly growing revenue within a two-year period.
