ProEngineer design Cost Reduction Project of Portable Light Tower.Incorporated FEA findings into design by adjusting sheet metal thicknesses.Completed Cost savings of over 800$ per unit.

Designed and Reverse Engineered to CAD Model Relays, Switches, Transformers, Connectors and Bulkhead Connectors for 'consumer electronics' which they considered dishwashers, microwave ovens, washers, dryers and refrigerators.Completely supported Product Design group, Cable Connector Design and Tooling Design.Primarily used PTC Creo/ProEngineer and Intralink database as well as AutoCAD. Worked with Sheet Metal Module and Large Assembly Design.Also designed Fixtures for shaker test used to cycle relays.

Also, when necessary, created new parts, assemblies and final designs.Changes could be any part of the school body or chassis.First Contract worked in Body Engineering on new designs of components focusing on government, State and Federal, regulations.Second Contract worked in Chassis Engineering on new designs of TBB Chassis and revisions to Freightliner branded chassis. My focus was on pneumatics and electrical systems.Third Contract worked on new bus designs. The new school bus was fitted to the Freightliner chassis and created parts and assemblies for various lengths of the school bus body. Main project was hand rails and stairwell design and runners (floor panels).
