Was responsible for all in country operations.Managed the driving of several exploration adits and drifts and one main production adit at 4 concessions in Costa Rica. Oversaw the engineering and upgrade of two CIP mills. Managed the engineering and construction of a tailings pond in very difficult terrain. Directly oversaw a team of two geologists, an engineer, a mine and mill superintendent, an accountant, purchasing manager, and a permit consultant.

Heavy construction and residential development. Projects include the development of a 254 lot residential development, development of a 320 lot mobile home park. Site work for two gas turbine power plants. Site work for a major expansion of Tanger Outlet Mall in San Marcos Texas. Site work for a major expansion of a jet engine manufacturing facility. Rebuilding of over 20 miles of county and city roadways. Numerous smaller site work and residential subdivision projects.

Managed all division operations and sales. These included three quarries, a sand and gravel operation, and four hot mix asphalt plants. Also, bid and managed uranium mine reclamation projects.

Engineering projects and underground management on several deep level gold mines. Scheduling of high speed development and shaft sinking.
