At Sportbilt Reconditioners, I worked my way up from stripping and washing football shoes to become Assistant Plant Manager and then Plant Manager. I also assumed the responsibilities as Production Manager and Purchasing Agent while running the factory until Riddell bought us out in 1998. I've worked in this same factory since July 1978 and continue working there now although mostly I work out of my home office at this point.
