Design, install and support wireless communication systems supplied to Broadcast Networks for live remote events. Systems can consist of wireless cameras, wireless microphones and IFB's, RF over Fiber systems, Bolero and UHF radio intercom systems.Supply Frequency Coordination services with IAS as well as WSM and Wireless Workbench when necessary.

I was involved in the "Special Events" department for the last year of my service with C&W. We designed, supplied and oversaw the use of modified Motorola equipment (rf intercoms and i.f.b.'s) for various Remote Television Broadcasts.I was also a technician in the portable shop for 10 years, servicing Motorola walkie talkies and pagers.

Received my electronics training at C.F.S.B. Kingston before being posted to Comox, B.C. in the Base Telecom division. Serviced the base telecommunication systems as well as the two-way communication systems for the Military Police vehicles and hand-held radios.
