As a supervisor in the outbound side of HD Supply I help lead a team throughout the shipping, processing & system processes. We process roughly 500 orders a day with a 15 person team. Part of the role is continually making sure every associate is doing their daily duties correctly and making sure all orders are correctly picked for the customer. Other duties of the supervisor role is working with management, training associates on machinery, and acting as Manager on duty.

These roles include Cashier, Lot associate, Sales associate (in all departments), Deliveries associate, and Pro associate due to high driven sales and customer experiences. Many contractors requested for my assistance due to my organizational skills and communication. I was able to build great relationships with these contractors and help the company for building customer loyalty.
