Conducted projects for South america and worked in conjunction with the Indian design department.Design and engineering manager for all Tenova Delkors product streams, including Thickeners, Press/Plate Filter, Horizontal Belt filter, Floc Plant, Belt Linear Screens.Managed a team of experienced craftsmen and reduced drawing errors by 50% by the implementation of standardised part systems and procedures, this also had the effect of reducing design time from 12 weeks average to 8 weeks for complex projects. Developed expert skills in inventor, shifting drafting procedures from manual to parametric automated design processes. This allowed for greater flexibility and speed in change management requirements.
