Leading implementation managers in each state, the team provided total store refurbishments and relays in a rapid three day process, while including the store team in lead up and preparation activities to improve delivery.

Reporting to National Operations, i was charged with several investigative projects and operational rollouts, including auditing manual store order processes and CAO systems to understand what was driving store out of stocks, reviewing the Tasmanian in-stock impacts of lag time between order and delivery from the mainland, and how to enhance the process, and impacts of missed ordering of x-dock lines due to poor shelf-edge label standards and a solution to increase identification.

Through concise, structured planning and strong teamwork between many functions of the business the project was delivering five 3-to-7 day conversions in two states per week, including full store relays, branding replacement and IT conversions from Bilo operating systems to Coles.
