Primarily responsible for formulation of Fund investment strategy and ultimate oversight of all aspects of Fund management. Served as Group Leader of Municipal Money Market Funds managing other portfolio managers and the trading desk. Coordinated development and presentation of Group’s Annual Report to Board of Trustees. Made numerous presentations to major Fidelity investors in shareholder meetings across the country. Promoted to Group Leader of Municipal Money Market Funds in June 1995. Worked extensively with SEC staff to amend Rule 2a-7 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, the primary regulation governing the management of money funds. Achieved top quartile investment performance for all funds managed throughout portfolio management tenure.
