Currently serving as a Senior Associate Attorney in a specialized law firm dedicated exclusively to representing local governmental entities throughout Texas on the full range of local government legal matters in a City Attorney, Deputy City Attorney or Special Counsel capacity.

Served as a member of the City of Killeen’s executive management team providing team-based leadership and executive oversight for the City’s Public Works Department, which consisted of six divisions, three hundred personnel and an annual operating budget exceeding $70 million.

Served as the primary legal counsel for the City of Killeen’s Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, four City Council committees, the City’s Public Works department (divisions include: transportation, water and sewer utility, drainage utility, engineering, environmental, and solid waste), Planning and Development department (divisions include: planning, building inspections, permitting and code enforcement), Aviation department and Community Development department.
