Programmed a wide range of machines, including but not limited to multi-head oxy machines, multi head plasma machines, bevel head plasma machine, multi processing plate machine a milling/drilling package.Reduced scrap rate by nesting like thicknesses and grades of material together and by reducing the gap between parts. Supplied support to the maintenance department in trouble shooting machine issues and was the main point of contact for any processing questions that may arise from the sales force.

Responsibilities also include written and verbal commutation with the plant manager, shop supervisors, machine operators, as well as the engineering, purchasing, quality control, estimating, and maintenance departments to assure that the productions goals are being met. Other duties include troubleshooting processing equipment and CNC program to determine the cause of incorrect parts that may be produced and also help with the calibration of all CNC equipment. Participation in the research and development team to find the safest, fastest and most inexpensive ways to produce the parts within the specified time frame, this will include but not limited to designing jigs and fixtures to help with the production process. Part of the capital expenditure team that is in charge of researching and purchasing new production equipment and software.
