Responsible in maintaining and supporting 90 desktops and 8 servers. Performing severalsoftware upgrades and installations. Managing serial and FTP communications to Mills. Responsible forserver maintenance and upgrades. Duties include monitoring/maintenance of Backup Exec and disasterrecovery, ERP Systems, Crystal Reports, Anti-virus updates, DNS, DFS, Web sites, SpamControl(Barracuda), FTP, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Sonicwall(firewall), N-ableMonitoring, WSUS and network security. Virtualized Server environment to VMware 5.0. On call 24/7for system and network emergencies. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, andothers, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Responsibilities also include PC troubleshooting andrepair, hardware and software.

Interact with Management and other Staff members within the IT organization to maintainchange management and to provide cross platform problem resolution. Respond to helpdesk email andcalls, log and follow-up with support requests and incidents. Execute daily IT operations, backupprocedures, database maintenance, managing software and hardware inventories. Maintained anddocumented network closets, and configured networking hardware. Responsible for Operating Systemadministration, configuration, and system level application support, network and server monitoring andperformance tuning of Operating System, hardware, and applications.

The ability to walk end users through level one support issue resolution (Hung Applications, PrinterIssues, File Access Issues, Net Access Issues, Basic User Training Issues, Basic Spyware and virus cleanup). Wasinvolved in numerous projects that required building PCs and installing software; acquired experience introubleshooting and managing networks.
